Take a moment and think about this:
We can measure ourselves according to professional sports and athletes. It's like the way an NFL player goes back to training camp for the first time. He's out of shape. He's lethargic. Once they get to the preseason, they are barely hanging on but they are still going through the process. They are given 4 weeks to get in shape for the season. They physically look the part but they are far from being 100% "in season shape".
There are levels to everything. If these guys played the season in "preseason shape", they would be 0-16. It has happened before. So the agenda is not to just play football but to get "season" conditioned which calls for more.
This is the same with 88% of people who work out. They workout just enough to say they are working out but they don't have a nutrition plan, don't use it if they have one &/or they live in fear of food & eating (Ex: afraid to eat carbs). Sound familiar?
Every single day they see the hot body they want but they do not have the right set of keys to drive them to that desired destination. Why is this?
Along with what I have just mentioned, another common denominator is that most people are also inconsistent with their training because they fail to schedule their workouts as a priority in their day. These are the same individuals who scream at the television during the Playoffs, March Madness or the Superbowl "Why aren't you playing to win?" or "Whats wrong with you?".
Players expose themselves as the season goes on. You can clearly see who is focused and who is not. You can't hide progress. Like I said, there are levels to everything. This is the prime example. If you don't prepare yourselves for the next level, you will be blown away by the forces, excuses, time, gluttony and more weight gain. You can't win a Superbowl in regular season shape nor can you win a NCAA title without the proper program.
10 MINUTE WORKOUTS By Eric Bradley challenges you to play the game at an algorithm of a Title game. The truth of the matter is, everyone who is doing it has realized that they can perform at an optimal level.
Right now, it may be hard to see yourself among the top conditioned people. But I promise you, that with a safe & effective program created by an experienced physiologist with an extensive medical background, it is absolutely possible to reach that Superbowl status. Your metabolic rate will go through the roof. After all, being baptized by fire only stings if the water is hot. Furthermore, this program is most beautiful as it puts you up against you.
The special sauce to 10 MINUTE WORKOUTS By Eric Bradley is the group and community that surrounds it. The 10 MINUTE WORKOUTS Group is a unique & powerful addition that has others pushing you while you push them. It is a living and breathing energy that keeps you totally in the game and competing with only yourselves by watching others fight through, laugh and joke about the fun, the struggles but the imminent progress, weight loss and visions of future bodies & lives. Trust me, there is nothing like watching a group of people cheer one another on, not just thinking about self, but finding the energy to support someone at a lesser stage than yourself. It may happen on a day that you are not feeling too good or you are feeling great and you can use that energy to uplift a fellow man or woman. Pushing others higher only results in you going further.
Peyton Manning is a super example of this exact kind of authentic support & accountability. Manning is a leader who pushed his players who pushed him to a Superbowl victory. It only came to fruition due to the push. The offensive talent was average at best. The defense galvanized the offense to do just enough to make the victory a reality.
Let me be crystal clear. What is happening here isn't a workout. It is a movement, an empowerment of people who have found the recipe and key to fully reach their potential.
10 MINUTE WORKOUTS By Eric Bradley is the NOW. It is the road to the Superbowl.
In closing, just remember this when picking a program to be vested in:
It's as easy as picking up a carton of milk. Look at the expiration date and get the freshest one.
10 MINUTE WORKOUTS By Eric Bradley is the freshest one.
Thanks again for tuning in.
Now it's time to get out of preseason shape and go for the gold!
Glad to have you on board,
