The human temple is measured by 3 components: the MIND, BODY & SPIRIT.
You must feed them all.
The SPIRIT responds beautifully while being nourished in a class setting like a Bible study, daily devotional, spiritual group and/or church.
The MIND yearns to be fed & released by reading or listening to some soothing music, sounds of the ocean or running water and even the quiet stillness of meditation.
The BODY requires attention daily by movement in 5 categories:
- Healthy Diet (eating to live instead of living to eat)
- Cardio Vascular Exercise
- Strength Training
- Flexibility Movement
These are the simple guidelines of life.
Choose your weapon wisely.
Plan 2016 in a optimistic manner. If you follow the process, you will not get caught up in this emotionally. It will just be due process and procedure and the results will be more beautiful than you can imagine.
Place yourselves in each of these arenas and you won't have to look for success. It will find you. Blessings and stay on your plan. After all, this is chess, not checkers.
